Our founding partners established QCS in 2007 as a security and janitorial firm serving local businesses and buildings in New York and the tristate area. Soon QCS earned a sterling reputation for pleasant, professional, and reliable union teams, and the business grew.

Today, QCS is a robust leading facility service provider of union janitorial, security, concierge, maintenance, emergency restoration, constuction cleaning/laborers & management for professional facilities. Using our integrated system processes, support from our corporate team in Brooklyn and our dedicated directors/area managers, we are able to provide solutions throughout the USA. In addition to our corporate office in Brooklyn, NY, we operate out of offices in Jersey City, NJ and Miami, FL.
